Roman Chamomile has a sweet, fruity odor often referred to as apple-like. This oil is the queen of oils for insomnia because its very calming and promotes a sense of inner peace. Its very good for the reproductive and digestive systems, as well as being a good oil for muscle spasms and soreness. Excellent for skin care. This has already been diluted to 10% in jojoba oil to make it more affordable, but we suggest diluting further to a 3% therapeutic level before using on the skin.
